Service Description
A small group class focused on building full body strength and conditioning, using hardstyle kettlebell skills, The kettlebell swing and Turkish get up are cornerstones of KB S&C and a great place to learn new skills and build strength. With Learning drills combined with advanced skills KB S&C is perfect for those trying to set a new TGU personal record or brand new and learning the kettlebell swing. In KB S&C you can expect to learn and practice kettlebell strength movements using training formats such as: Timed Interval circuit On The Minute training (OTM) As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible (AMRAP) Time under tension Sprint and Explosive Power drills
